With over 20 years’ experience in paediatric audiology, Kerryn has extensive expertise in the assessment and management of hearing loss in infants, children, and adolescents. She is deeply committed to early intervention and family-centred care, working closely with parents, educators, and other health professionals to support each child’s communication and developmental needs. Kerryn is known for her calm, compassionate approach and her ability to help families feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their hearing journey.
Chantelle Maranta
Chantelle is an expert in hearing assessment and rehabilitation. Chantelle’s best practice approach has given her the knowledge and skill set to fit Lyric with expertise. This extends to include wax removal and commercial assessments. Her friendly, professional and efficient manner is sought after by clients.
Anna Adkins
Anna is our newest member trained at the University of Western Australia in the latest advancements and best practices in hearing healthcare. She is available for all your hearing needs and can see adults and children. She brings international experience and bubbly enthusiasm.
Shannon Clement
Administration and client services
Shannon has been a valued member of the hearing and audiology team for over four years and brings more than 15 years of experience in the hearing industry. She is often the first point of contact for patients and has previously worked at the University of Melbourne Audiology Clinic. In addition to managing appointments and enquiries, she supports hearing aid maintenance and troubleshooting, helping to ensure patients receive timely and effective care. She is dedicated to making every visit smooth, comfortable, and welcoming.

About Our Founder
Vivienne Sobon
Audiologist – B.A.Dip.Ed., M.Aud., F.A.C.Aud., Member of Independent Audiologists Australia.
Vivienne Sobon trained at the National Acoustics Laboratories and worked as an audiologist at Princess Margaret Hospital, Royal Perth Hospital and at various Ear, Nose and Throat practices. She founded Hearing and Audiology in 1985 – the first private audiology clinic in Western Australia. For over 30 years she has been providing exceptional hearing services to the people of Perth and Geraldton.
