Hearing and Audiology offers one week hearing aid trials – you can take a pair of hearing aids home for a week and experience the difference in your everyday life.
Our Audiologists will recommend hearing aids based on on your hearing loss and listening needs. We offer trials on most hearing aids, as long as they have been recommended as suitable for you and do not require custom manufacturing.
To select the correct device for you to trial, we recommend a standard hearing assessment first. Once your hearing has been assessed, the Audiologist will make a recommendation based on the results and your needs. You can then select which hearing aid you’d like to trial.
If you’ve had a hearing test with us in the last six months, you do not need a re-assessment. You will need to attend a hearing aid discussion appointment to determine which hearing aid is best suited to your needs. At this appointment, the Audiologist will program the hearing aid based on your hearing levels, and show you how to manage the devices.
